Aircraft Major Overhaul This Date-
Aircraft completely disassembled and paint stripped.
All wiring, control, hydraulic, oxygen and armament systems removed.
Aircraft inspected for damage and corrosion. Fuselage assembly
repaired and re-skinned as required. Inboard wing panels replaced with
NEW assemblies.
Outboard wing panels overhauled. All critical components N.D.T inspected
and painted or re-plated. All hardware N.D.T. inspected and plated or
replaced. Wing and fuselage mating lugs N.D.T. inspected. Left wing flaps,
horizontal and vertical stabilizers overhauled. Ailerons, right hand wing
flaps, rudder, elevators and landing gear doors replaced with NEW
assemblies. All flight controls painted and balanced. All fairings
replaced or overhauled. All control cable assemblies, bearings and rod ends
replaced. Interior of wings and fuselage painted. All hydraulic components
overhauled. All NEW hydraulic tube assemblies fabricated and installed.
All flexible hose assemblies replaced. Aircraft re-wired. Aircraft
assembled complete. Fuel cells overhauled and installed. Landing gears
overhauled and re-installed. Cockpit heater overhauled and tested
satisfactory. NEW instrument panels fabricated and installed with NEW or O.H.C. instruments. All cockpit controls overhauled, complete and
installed. Oxygen system overhauled and installed. O2 and N2 bottles
hydrostatic tested. Systems tested and function test satisfactory. All
electrical components replaced or overhauled. NEW canopy, glass, tires, nosewheel assembly, battery, aileron seals, ELT, fabric components, and seat
harness assembly installed. Engine cowlings and cowl flap drive system
overhauled. Aircraft exterior painted. Complete A.C. static inverter
system installed. Radio package installed consisting of dual KX155s, KMA
24H. KN G4, KLN 88 and WXIO. PN101 and S-TEC 60-2 Autopilot installed,
rigged and function tested. Goodrich wheels and brakes, fire suppression
system, standby hydraulic system, engine pre-oil and scavenge systems
installed. Aircraft given a dimensional and symmetry check. Aircraft
weighed and new weight and balance report compiled. Compass swung and
correction card installed. Aircraft inspected, repaired, assembled and
rigged I.A.W. Navair OZA-35, GH-4, OI-60 FGB-7, OI-60 FGB-503 and OI-60
FGB-6,NAVAER OZA-35 GH-502, NAVWEDS OI-60 FGB-2 and OI60 FGB-4, T.Os 1T28
A-6, 1 T28 B-2, 4 and 1-74-3, 4 and 2-60-3, 4and A2-3-4, FAR Part 43 and
AC43-13.
“I certify that this aircraft has been inspected on 12
December 1993 I.A.W. the scope and detail of a major inspection as detailed
in the aircraft’s approved inspection program. I have found that it is in a
condition for safe operation.”
