NATO air forces under the U.S. Government Mutual Defense Aid
Pact (MDAP). This aircraft, production article # 89, remained
in NATO service with the Italian Air Force until May 17, 1976,
when it was returned to the U.S. Government inventory. The
aircraft was placed on open bid, and sold to Warbirds West, inc.
in May of 1981 and significant alterations were completed in
Sept 1995, with 337’s documenting all changes. This Aircraft is
certified as standard category.
