Mark received his pilots license while in high school and sold his first warbird when he was only 18.  Mark explains, " I just took to it. What kid wouldn't? Plus we had a friend who was an EAA Director. I was in heaven when my mom would drop me off at the EAA fly-in when they were still being held in Rockford. When I was 12, someone was giving rides in a Mustang for a dollar a minute, and I managed to buy about 35 minutes worth. I have proudly sold that same Mustang twice since then."

Mark, born and raised in Rockford, IL received his Marketing Degree from Bradley University. Mark lives in Rockford with his wife Carol. They have two grown children, a son who lives in Chicago and a daughter who lives in Michigan.
